You’ll also find two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, each with large, comfortable beds — perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea.

The property has an outdoor pool, with sun chairs and a charcoal grill, which is available during the summer months from Memorial day weekend to Labor day weekend.

The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. There is a Kuerig coffee maker in the kitchen. Both TV’s have streaming apps.

Parking is on property. Guests get 2 parking passes for their vehicles. Passes must be left in the unit before checkout, as they are expensive to replace.

No pets allowed. This is a non-smoking unit, including vaping, and recreational drugs. There will be a $200 fee for any damage related to tobacco products. The entire building is also non-smoking. Checkout time is flexible, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
